Cooking time 30 minutes
1 .Heat the oil over a medium heat and fry the garlic and onions until golden brown. Add spices and sizzle for 2 minutes.
2. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Add 180ml/6fl oz water and simmer, stirring occasionally until the chicken is tender. Season to taste.
3. Serve garnished with fresh chopped coriander
